Helge Bruhn A/S er specialister i laserskæring og råder sammen med CK-Mt ApS over en TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 L20 laserskære maskine på 5.0 KW, en AMADA A-J Fiber laserskære på 9 KW samt en ERMAKSAN FIBERMAK Momentum Gen-5 på 10 KW. 

Med vores tre moderne laserskærer i huset kan vi tilbyde dig fleksible produktionstider, og altid i høj kvalitet.  

Laserskæremaskinerne er blandt branchens absolut bedste og TRUMPF TruLaser og AMADA A-J Fiber laserskære er udstyret med fuldautomatisk plade loader systemer. Maskinerne er blandt de mest præcise laserskæremaskiner i branchen, og kan levere den ypperste kvalitet og skærehastighed.

Udover laserskæring kan Helge Bruhn A/S varetage videre forarbejdning efter laserskæring. Lige fra afgratning i COSTA-maskiner, kantbukning, TIG-, MIG-, og MAG-svejsning til overfladebehandling i form af glasblæsning, bejdsning, elpolering, elforsinkning, galvanisering, maling, pulverlakering eller aluksering/anodisering/eloksering.

We laser cut items from dxf files, which either come from the customer himself, or which our own engineers and mechanical engineers make using drawing programs such as Autocad, Solid Works and Inventor. If the customer wants a 3-dimensional image of the finished product, we can of course also offer it.

Helge Bruhn A / S has very experienced laser operators and places great demands relating to precision and correct setting of the laser cutting machine. It is often seen that laser cut items have a large burr on the back of the item. This "burr" or "beard", as some call it, occurs only if the laser cutting machine is not set correctly.

A TRUMPF TruLaser 3030, 5.0 KW laser cutter delivers plate parts for further processing on CNC-controlled bending machines. The laser cutter has a cutting capacity of 25mm steel, 20mm stainless steel and 12mm aluminum. 

FACTS ABOUT LASER CUTTING IN METAL

Laser cutting is a very flexible process with a very nice and precise result. With laser cutting, it is possible to produce workpieces with 0.1 mm accuracy with sharp corners and a minimum of heat exposure. We laser cut in materials from 0.5 to 25 mm thickness. Laser cutting can be done in many different types of materials, such as stainless steel, iron, aluminum, plastic and several others. Common to the materials is that a cutting gas or shielding gas must be used.

Laser cutting is a very flexible process, and the cutting result is impressive with completely burr-free workpieces. With laser cutting, it is possible to produce workpieces with great accuracy with sharp corners and a minimum of heat exposure, so that the workpieces can be used immediately for further processing. Laser cutting is, as previously described, a thermal cutting process that can produce high quality cuts and cutting surfaces in materials from 0.5 to 25 mm goods. The laser beam melts a narrow cut in the base material, and the molten bath is blown away by a cutting gas, which leaves a clean cut. If the customer wants further deburring, Helge Bruhn A / S has COSTA machines at its disposal, which are among the industry's best deburring machines. Here the items can be deburred at very low cost while the product gets a fantastic surface.
